Vintage CHETTA B Black & Floral Dress XS

This sleeveless dress has a solid black background with florals in shades of white, cream, tan, and grays [2nd photo shows accurate colors]. No size tag but the measurements point to an XS. 16.5" from underarm to underarm and 38" from back of neck to hem. Exceptional vintage condition-no stains or holes.
