Vintage CARROUSEL red tartan plaid Christmas dress made in USA beautiful dress for Christmas, holidays, family photos, etc red with green and black tartan plaid black velvet accents: Peter pan collars, sleeve cuffs, waist belt. pleats on front bodice with button detail. buttons are gold rimmed with black velvet center. long sleeves button back opening belt at back waist has matching velvet buttons size 14 pit to pit: 16" waist: 13.5" but has elastic so will stretch more length: 36" all measurements are approximate pre-owned excellent condition
