Vintage button up top, can be worn as a vest, or blouse. Vibrant blue with cloth buttons. 100% silk. Labeled size 14, but it fits more like in modern 10/12 (L). There is a tiny hole under one of the arms, I think it was previously tagged in this spot, not noticeable.
