Vintage Butte 60's 70s Dress Grandma

What a sweet estate dress. Blue with white trim and buttons. Faux breast pockets. Elastic waist still has some give to it. Missing belt, but a cute white belt would really set this off. There are some light pills throughout the dress. Knit material. Remember my grandma wearing something similar in the 70s. Underarm to underarm across flat about 20" Waist across about 16" Shoulder to bottom hem about 45" We are a non-smoking and pet friendly home.
