Vintage Burnout Velvet Top

Pre-owned Women's vintage velvet bell sleeve top. All the areas around the velvet material are sheer, but I never wore anything under this top. Navy Blue and a warm bronze color. Two ties by the v-neck. No tag but about a size small (measurements upon request). A very unique and rare piece!
