Vintage Burberry wool plaid pant. In pristine condition. No odors, no rips, no stains, no pilling. Partial lining in front by pocket measuring 20” from beneath waist band.
Hem offers additional 2 3/8” for lengthening, if required. Rise is approximately 10 inches, overall length hemmed as is 42 inches (plus additional inches for lengthening). Has 5 belt hooks. Waist approx 25”, inseam 32”. Pant bottom width is 18.5”. Two pockets are in front. None in back.

I just measured again now. The inseam is 32” with an additional 2 3/8” hem of usable extra material (I subtracted the selvage edge).
The back waist is 12.5” so if you double that as is suggested online it should be 25” approx. I hope this helps. I’ll add pics momentarily of the back measurement and the extra hem for you to see.
