Well worn art deco Bulova watch. Hands move when the crown is turned but I do not know if it keeps accurate time. The rose colored finish is wearing off and silver tone comes through on the band. The underside of the band is silver. Underside of the case is silver. Rose colored finish is wearing off on the corners of the case as well. Might be antique.
