Not stained or torn. Jewels on tree and wreath intact. The beads are mostly all intact. However, there are about 4-7 missing. More like 4-5 but just in case I miss counted few of the beads at end a little loose but still in ntact. The interior of bag has 2 attachments with Velcro for phone etc. And inside there a tag Bueno.
