Vintage Bucherer Swiss Bubble Pendant Watch

I'm a MASSIVE watch collector, so this is kind of an emotionally charged piece for me 🥲💕⏱️ This is a vintage C. Bucherer Swiss 15-jewel pendant bubble watch. This orb timepiece has bright metallic blue arms that are easy to see (even for me)! The watch does need to be serviced. It was working beautifully, but it's overdue for a tuneup. I just recently I noticed that it runs and then it stops. You can get it going again, by just moving it a tiny bit, but you shouldn't have to do that. One of my favorite things about this watch is it has a "skeleton" back. You can turn the watch over and see all of the gears moving as it keeps time. I know I'm a geek about this stuff, but how could you not think that's cool😎? The bubble on the skeleton back does have a fracture, but it does not impede the ability to enjoy watching the mechanical movement inside. The second thing I love about this watch is the absolute uniqueness of it. These are very sought after, and with good reason. The watch casing is sterling silver, and it's so so beautiful. It has scroll work etched into it all the way around top to bottom. This piece is such good quality silver that I won't clean it. The more it ages the more beautiful the patina of the silver becomes. It's not easy to describe, but it looks soft and glowing. Price is firm on this watch.
