Long button up coat by Regency. Chocolate brown, thick dress coat with collar. No fabric tags, but feels like a wool blend with satin lining. Front pockets. Lining has a rip at the interior seam. Would be an easy fix. Some wear to the fabric, some spots the “fluffiness” is a bit worn down. Approx 53” length Size 8.
