Vintage Brown Gold Glaze Redware Duck Kettle Teapot Coiled Wire Handle Japanese

Very sweet vintage Glazed Redware Duck (goose?) Kettle with a Coiled Wire Handle. The gold accented beak and eyes are quite striking, and has worn down some as seen in pictures. The Coiled wire handle adds more to the farmhouse vibe of this kettle, and has a slight patina (again, see pictures) The lid handle is another adorable little bird. The piece is quite beautiful and would be wonderful as a display, used on top of a wood stove to add some humidity, or used for its intended purpose!
