Vintage Brooch Figural Face Sculptural Art Pottery Unique Signed READ

Very unique art pottery brooch featuring a sculpted face with a distinctive formed headdress (yellow green / green yellow / chartreuse color). There's a small chip, but I don't believe it's very noticeable, if at all, when worn. I didn't want to risk causing damage by trying to fix it, so I am including it in the order. (Please see last 2 photos). Otherwise, in some good pre-owned vintage condition with some light overall wear. There is variation in color on the headdress, but it appears to be done by the artist.
