Vintage Bronzed India Candlestick Leaves Oddities

This is a single candlestick made in India featuring leaves at the bottom and very ornate The color is dark but the bottom has some brass coloring so I’m not sure if it’s brass, it might be bronze. It’s about 9 1/2” tall, the base is about 5” leaf to leaf.
