Vintage Bronze and Black Velvet Button down Long sleeved Rayon/poly Dressy Top

This is a beautiful, elegant blouse that would look great with a nice pair of black slacks or leggings for a special evening. The rayon fabric has a subtle metallic sheen. The collar and buttons are velvet, and the gorgeous leaf appliques are satin. Shoulder pads can be easily snipped out if desired. Condition is very good; there is a very small pull in the back near the hem, and a dot on the side of one sleeve that looks like maybe a fabric flaw; see pics. These are not at all obvious. Please note these actual measurements, since vintage sizes may differ from modern: Measurements, lying flat: 23" across the bust; 24.5" at the hem; 23.5" long.
