Britannia high waist jeans that someone hemmed. They would best be used to create a pair of cut off shorts in my opinion. Still in pretty great condition with some minor wear, most specifically to the brown trim. I'm not sure if the trim is leather or faux. Tagged a size 12 but please see the measurements provided below.

Rise: 12"
Hips: 39"
Inseam: one leg is 27 1/2", the other is 28 1/2"
