Vintage Brighton Cat Frame

Vintage Brighton Frame Silver plated with silver and brass charms. It holds a 1.5”x2” oval photo. The frame has a fold out back. Please examine all the closeup pictures. There are a few black dots on the frame where the clear coat disappeared. The silver reflection makes it harder to see the dots from a normal distance. The care instructions are as follows: just wipe down with a 100% cotton cloth. Keep away from water and silver cleaners. Never actually used just stored in a drawer. It comes from a smoke free home.
