Vintage Briggs New York Paisley Skirt

This is a vintage midi length skirt in great condition and a beautiful print. The tag size says 18, but the skirt fits more like a 12/14. For reference, I wear a 16/18, and I was technically able to zip it up all of the way, but it was extremely tight around my stomach and hips. Measurements can be provided upon request.
