Vintage Breli II Black and White Casual Dress

Vintage shirt dress with midi length pleated skirt, short sleeves, shoulder pads. Bodice has two breast pockets, black and gold buttons and collar. Elastic waist. Fabric has nice weight and some sheen. Used condition. Missing belt, one string loop on front remains. Some wear to inside of collar and shoulder pads have some staining.
