Vintage Brazilian Leather Cowboy Boots ... Women's or Men's

Harbor Brand Brazilian leather women’s boots ...or men's for that matter. Western Boots are a fashion craze ... again. Real ... cowgirl/cowboy boots! Extraordinary condition. Size "8" ... whatever that meant in 1965. (See actual measurements below.) Length of outside sole: Back heel edge to front edge (sole length) - 11" Width of outside sole: Side to side of middle/ball - 3 1/2" Height (bottom of heel-top of shaft) - 14 1/4" Very fine shape. Purchased by my father in or around 1965, for 4-H … horse-shows and barrel racing. For my sister.... The estimated purchase price back then … in 1965 … was maybe, I'm guessing here ... around $25. $25 in 1965 … is $300+ ... in today’s dollars! Been in our family ever since…. Buttery soft, rich leather. Worn rarely, as the pictures reflect. Ohhhh - the top edge of the boot is ... when folded flat ... 6 1/2" wide.... See the picture album. Also note - in the just added video (which highlights the right boot) ... I had just that day (July 3rd) reconditioned them with some real saddle soap and spread some mink oil on the soles ... and the leather warmed up some more and the sole edges blackened up beautifully. And just one more thing ... the front of the heel (towards the tow) measures 1 1/2" and the back edge of the heel measures 1 3/4". Vibrant gold double accent stitching.
