Vintage Brass Smoke Ring

Vintage Brass Smoke Ring Full disclosure….I know very little about this item. I know it’s approximately 50-60 years old, but it could be much older. It was patented in Dayton Ohio b/c it says so on the back. Its only purpose that I can find was to blow smoke rings from cigarette smoke- for those who couldn’t blow smoke rings otherwise. I found online where one exactly like this one sold on eBay, but I couldn’t see for how much. (See last image). I hope someone who collects vintage items will find a happy home for it. I could never discard it because it’s from my father and grandfather. I can only keep the things that has sentimental meaning, and the rest must find a new place to continue its story.
