Vintage Brass & Resin Bowl Rack Holder

Almost 15" high Features 4 bars that can be moved around (swing) to help get the towel off. Could use it for jewelry as well. Vintage from the 50s I believe. It's possible it was a clear white color at one time but over time it's aged to yellow. I believe it's filled with small stones, it is solid. Good used condition.
