Vintage Brass Pocket Compass

I am selling a vintage brass pocket compass. The compass works. The face is clear and has glow in the dark indicators on the four main directional points (north, south, east, west) and on the needle itself. The manufacturer appears to be PIC but I have no other information regarding age, common usage, etc. It is in original condition. It has not been polished or cleaned. It is tarnished and has scuff marks on the front and back.
