Vintage Brass HO Vandy Tender Locomotive Train See Description & Pics for Info!

Item is pre-owned and in overall good condition. The pictures make it shinier than what is really is. Wheels turn fine & no missing parts from what I see. One side is brighter than the other. I did try to shine this up a bit, but could be done more if needed. ***The first picture is also the closer to real look & color) There is some oxidation & patina. Patina is mainly on towards the bottom or on the bottom. This is shown in last picture. I am not an expert in this although I know some basics. I have done research more than once trying to find the exact brand on this. So many pictures popped up that were super close, but there are small details that didn't exactly match most of the brands. I don't know if this is a more rare brand, because even the ones sold or listed, I cannot find an exact match. Piece measures 4" long x 1.4" wide x 2" tall.
