Vintage Braided Metal Neck Cuff

Vintage Braided Metal Neck Cuff Twisted / braided vintage neck cuff. This is a beautiful piece that I wish I knew the history of. I believe it is irob but I can't say for sure. Whatever it is--it will get attention. Approximately 16" Note: I usually don't clean items but when I made an exception here. When I received this item it was very rusty. I soaked it in vinegar / water and got a lot off it off. There are some rust stains as seen in the pictures (see all photos). With a little additional elbow grease--I believe the new owner can shine this necklace up nicely. Note: Most of my jewelry is pre-loved. I only wipe down jewelry. I do not deep clean any jewelry before shipping. I am not a professional and do not want to risk damaging any vintage item. There may be a small amount of verdigris. I will note any flaws/defects.
