Vintage Braemar Petites Cream Floral Print Dress

This vintage Braemar Petites by Jeremy Scott dress is in good condition! It has a tie on the front neckline and buttons down the front matched with a waist tie in the back. The sleeves are soft and flowy and the shoulders have shoulder pads. There is a stain on the front that blends in for the most part and a small hole above the third button from the bottom.
