Vintage Bow Patterned Dress from 2004 with POCKETS!

Lightweight sleeveless tank dress. White with black bows/dots patterned across. HAS POCKETS! Is super lightweight. Had this since 2004 maybe? I had another color combo I liked more and wore a lot more, so this one maybe has been worn 4 times? Size XL
