Vintage Boston Warehouse 1990’s Bird Shaped Sandwich Spreader Knife PB toast

Vintage 1990s Boston Warehouse sandwich knife/spreader. This anthropomorphic spreader is bird-shaped and is holding the stainless steel knife in its beak. She has two little steel eyes. She is ergonomically shaped to fit in your hand comfortably and is safe for children to use to make a peanut butter sandwich. The main body is made of hard white plastic and the yellow portions are grippy silicone. Cute, kitschy, functional design that fits the dopamine aesthetic due to the saturated egg yolk yellow / citrus zest coloring. Nice collectors piece to add to that Kitsch shelf. Have a moment of joy at brunch with your toast and butter. Size: 9.25” long x 1.75” diameter at widest point of body. Condition: Good vintage condition. Bird has two convex parts on belly as stylized “feet”, one of which may have been close to a hot surface and is now crumpled. Silicone portion of body has signs of use.
