What are the measurements with and without the fringe?

@baadchic hi sorry I was out, it is 11” long almost 8” high and 2.5 wide it fits a lot to me it is not a small bag. I purchased two the other one is much smaller, I am keeping that one instead. Let me know what you think. I will be away 7/16-7/19
