Vintage Bobbie Bee Black Dress with Dot Pattern and Tied Waist

This is one of the most comfortable garments I have ever owned. I am only getting rid of it because it no longer fits. It is perfect for work, or for dressing up. The white dot pattern is unique and the size allows it to be worn more loosely or tightly. This is a US Women's size 16.
