Vintage Blush Silk Jones New York High Waist pant

I bought these at a vintage shop and they don’t fit my waist. Blush color with cuffed hems and pleated front. There are no flaws, except the interior button is missing (but you can’t tell and it’s an easy fix). 100% silk. I’m a size 28 in Madewell and 5’7”. These fit perfectly everywhere except the waist. Super roomy and breathable. I have 1 pair marked as size 6: advertised here as 4 and Sz 26 to indicate vintage sizing. 13 waist, 14 rise, 20 hip, 30 inseam.
