Vintage Blue and White Design Housedress

Handmade vintage dress in fair condition. Has loops for a belt, but no belt. A few things need to be mended. The stitching has come undone at the waist on the right side. It’s missing a button at the neck. The hem needs to be stitched up in some places. The dress needs a bit of work and this reflects in the price. 20” across, 42” from shoulder to hem, 14” waist and the shoulder cuff has 6” opening.
