Vintage Blue and Black Blouse

Very good condition. Has all of it's snaps and only a small run on the wearer's left shoulder (see picture). Could be silk, but I cannot confirm. "Buttoned-up" with snaps. Rough Measurements (measuring tape): Bust: 24" (across front side seam to side seam) Length (from high-point-shoulder): 23.5"
