Vintage Blue Willow Sugar Bowl- Two Handled

Incredible vintage Blue Willow sugar bowl. This is in great condition with no nicks or chips. This is marked with a “D” on the bottom. Replacements has attributed this bowl to Homer Laughlin but we can’t confirm. We know it is vintage ware. Please see pictures for condition and measurements.
