Flowy and twirly! Brilliant robin egg blue chiffon long dress, great for Dapper Day or a lovely evening spring look. Chiffon layer, and sheer sleeves. Beautiful rhinestone and beading along waist and sleeve cuffs - some beading and threading missing but still pretty! A few snags in the chiffon- tried to show in photos. No brand, Size 16 tag (more like size 12-14).
