Vintage blue & black vintage belted dress by Papell Boutique, tag size 134. Vintage sizes tend to run small; please see measurements below. Black geometric diamond print on blue 100% polyester with a slight sheen, short sleeves, button front, gathered shoulders, thread belt loops with belt included. Excellent condition with no flaws or wear. Laying flat measures about 20" pit to pit, 46" shoulder to hem, 13.5" sleeve length, belt is about 37" total end to end.
