Vintage Blue & Green Floral Belted Dress Medium

Vintage 1970s blue and green floral print secretary dress with belt and tie neck detail. Vintage size 16 1/2 or modern day size small-medium. Dress is every so slightly sheer, would be best with a slip underneath. Belt loop is missing on one side, small snap button at the top needs to be re-sewed, but otherwise in very good condition for its age!
