Vintage Blue Floral cloisonné Bowl with matching lid. Possibly a ginger jar?

Beautiful vintage cloisonne bowl with matching lid. Possibly a ginger jar? The pattern is a beautiful floral design in blue enamel on a brass base. It measures about 6” wide (with a 5” diameter opening) and 3 1/2" tall (including the lid with its brass finial). Nice shape overall, displays well. No chips in the enamel design. Brass could use cleaning on the bottom but not shown when displayed.
