Vintage Blue Fish dress - Art To Wear!

This is an early vintage dress made by blue fish clothing. I want to think it’s from the early 90s. It is gently used, has even fade, but plenty of wear left! I can’t really determine the size, but I would suggest strongly that you go by the measurements. Pit to pit is 21 inches. From the center back it is 49 inches long. In the back it has a tie where you can draw it up to fit.. It’s very comfortable 100% cotton jersey. I have checked again for size, and only found a tag was washing instructions. According to the bluefish patch at the bottom of the dress, it is from 1993. I used my size to give an idea of the size of this dress because it does fit me.. so if you wear anything between and 18 to 22 in my opinion, you probably would be able to wear it. It does have the tie in back, which is designed to adjust fit.
