Vintage Blue Fish Mock-Wrap Maxi

This vintage (1996) BF acetate/lycra maxi has a wrap style but is stationary at the waist. This is one of the dressier fabrics, and this piece can handle a party. It is travel ready as it doesn't really wrinkle. Picture of artist stamp included. The waist is 13" resting and stretches to 21" the length is 39.5 at the longest from top of waistband.
