Vintage Blue Cotton Knit Cardigan Sweater w Beaded Felt Cats

This is a sweater without a label. I bought it decades ago (I have always taken out labels because they itch). I purchased it when I was a teacher (one year of Third Grade and then a dozen years of Junior High) because I thought the kids would love it and they did. It is so cute with the many kittens decorating it that I decided someone even now might enjoy it. I believe I may know the brand but I'm just not sure. Obviously the felt cats were hand sewn on and decorated with beads. The label inside recommends DO NOT DRY CLEAN and 'hand wash inside out cold water only' (see last picture). I'm pretty sure it is a size Large but I will list the measurements. Armpit to Armpit is 21"; Sweater Length from back to bottom of hem is 24"; Dolman Sleeves from neck to cuff is 23". The sweater buttons with five round buttons and an extra button is attached to the inside label. It is kind of boxy and It does have some slight pilling which you can see in the pictures. Otherwise it is looking good.
