Vintage Blue Bead Stephen Chu Blouse

Vintage blue beaded sleeveless blouse by Stephen Chu. Never worn but has slight tear on inside, cannot be seen on outside. Zips all the way up in the back with a clasp on the top near neck. Zipper works perfectly. Size medium.
