Vintage Blown Glass Round Bottom Green Glass Decanter Marked

This vintage green blown glass decanter has a rounded bottom and cork closure. It has embossed markings but I cannot read it. I tried to photograph it as best I could. Bubbles in the glass. No chips or cracks. No flat bottom. The liquid inside keeps it upright. I was able to balance it empty carefully
