Absolutely stunning vintage blouse! Lease detailed collar. Fun party pattern with multicolored polkadots and squiggles. Tie waist which is also ruched. This blouse does not have a size tag. See photos for measurements. I would guess it is a size small or extra small. Excellent condition. No flaws noted.
