True vintage button down with beautiful embroidered front, collar and sleeves. Different shades of pink flowers with dainty greenery. Short sleeves. Lightweight fabric. Not sure if the 48 on the tag is the size, but it probably is. Measurements are in the photos. Looks to be an xxl. #MC
