Vintage Block Set

Vintage block set, 73 pieces. Includes 3 brick people, two bricks with wheel sets, and two half circles that balance. They are old and reflect their age with marks, but they are still functional. I do not think they are Lego brand, as they have a brand on the wheels. I was unable to identify it.
