Vintage Black and red tulip textured maxi dress

Vintage Black and red tulip textured maxi dress this dress is very flowy not really form fitting the texture on this dress is very scrunched but the dress is light weight the color is vibrant and bright the red really pops against the black there isn’t really a size on this dress it just says plus but I would say any wear from a XL - 2X would fit nicely
