Vintage Black and White Blazer

Awesome vintage black and white button-up and belted blazer/jacket, vintage size 12P. Brand is “Petite Perceptions by Irene B.” This jacket fits more like a modern size small/medium (see measurements in images). There are shoulder pads in the jacket but they could be cut out if desired. No flaws found and all items come from a smoke free home! This belonged to my great grandmother a very long time ago and was kept in excellent condition and wrapped in plastic.
