Picture included Some small unnoticeable pulls in back of skirt unnoticeable when wearing Some fraying to inside stitching on both shoulders (I think maybe there were shoulder pads now removed Small tear in back slit can be easily repaired Shoulder to Hem 43.5” Waist flat 12” (not stretched) Waist stretched 19” laying flat Elastic in waistband is in pristine condition
