Vintage Black Western Fringe Dress w/ sheer Sleeve

Vintage Black Pencil / Bodycon dress with fringe at the bust and back. Dress has long sheer sleeves and a sheer chest with mock turtleneck that has two buttons on the back of the neck. Some fringe is loosening and unraveling but the rest of the dress is in great condition! Dress rests just above or at the knee. Comes from a cat friendly home!
