Vintage Black Velvet Skirt

Great condition black velvet midi skirt vintage brand. Stretches to 14” across waist with zipper and hook and eye closure at back, 18” across hips, 24.5” length. Only flaw is about a 4” rip in the polyester lining inside the bottom of the skirt. Cannot be seen while worn. Great skirt and totally in style! Tag says 12 but size fits like a small.
